We take your right to privacy seriously and want you to feel comfortable using our web site. This Privacy Policy deals with personally identifiable information (referred to as "Data" below) that may be collected by us on our site. Information Collected by Inspiredtohelp.org
Inspiredtohelp.org collects two types of information from users: personal data such as zip code, name and address (for event registration); and aggregated data such as information about traffic patterns on Inspiredtohelp.org (for example, how many users visit Inspiredtohelp.org on a daily basis).
Our event registration process requires a name, address and event selection. Providing us with other information is at your option; we are not responsible for information collection via online donations through our third-party payment partners. Please review their privacy policies carefully.
Like many web sites, we may also automatically receive general information that is contained in our server log files such as your IP address and cookie information. Like most standard Web site servers, we use log files. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Though Inspiredtohelp.org makes every effort to preserve donor and customer privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our organization.
Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy or as specifically agreed to by you, Inspired to Help will not disclose any Personally Identifiable Information it gathers from you on our website.
This Privacy Policy does not protect you when you send content, or requests to Inspiredtohelp.org by email. If you want to keep them private or proprietary, do not send them in an email to Inspiredtohelp.org. We try to answer every email promptly but are not always able to do so.
No guarantees
While this Privacy Policy states our standards for maintenance of information and we will make efforts to meet them, we are not in a position to guarantee these standards. There may be factors beyond our control that may result in disclosure of data. Consequently, we disclaim any warranties or representations relating to maintenance or nondisclosure of Information.
DONATION REFUND POLICY
We will honor your request for a refund only under special circumstances if you have made an error in making your donation to Inspired to Help. The request must be made within 15 days of your donation.
To request a refund, email us at beinspired@inspiredtohelp.org. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
